CM Trade  respects personal privacy and places great importance on customer relationships. We are proud to be able to provide privacy protection for our customer's personal information, and we appreciate their support and respect. All personal information collected under strict security measures will be protected. Our privacy policy at CM Trade is designed to protect customer rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, and to facilitate the opening and maintenance of forex and commodity CFD trading accounts, as well as provide trading and advisory services.

We are committed to keeping our customers' personal information confidential. Except with legal approval, CM Trade will never disclose any non-public information to anyone. When a customer opens or maintains a trading account at CM Trade, the personal information provided will only be used for internal business purposes, such as assessing the customer's financial condition, processing customer trades and requests, providing information about products and services, providing general trading services, and verifying customer identity as required by regulatory procedures.CM Trade requires customers to provide certain information in order to operate, including:
(a) personal information provided on account application forms and other forms related to CM Trade, such as name, address, date of birth, identification card number, occupation, assets, and income information;
(b) transaction data related to the customer and CM Trade, as well as its subsidiaries;
(c) information related to the customer survey report company; 
(d) information verifying the customer's identity, such as government files, passports, or driver's licenses.

CM Trade will only allow employees who need to access customer information for the purpose of providing relevant customer services and product introductions to view the information provided by customers on a limited basis. CM Trade also only authorizes electronic system access for new account applications and credit check personnel to review the relevant information. These system requests are designed to ensure that customer confidential information is not made public and to protect customer privacy. CM Trade will also not sell or rent customer names and personal information to any individuals.

Regarding Requests for Personal Data Deletion and Correction

You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal data, and as such, you may at any time request to update your personal data by sending an email to cjetkin1@gmail.com. You may also request us to correct errors or delete your personal data by sending an email to cjetkin1@gmail.com (except for your transaction history and other data that we must retain under applicable laws).

Requests for deletion or correction can be sent free of charge (in the form of letters, scans, etc.) to cjetkin1@gmail.com, along with your full name and contact information to help us process your request more quickly. If we are not satisfied with your claimed identity, we reserve the right to refuse your request.

Please note that personal data will be deleted by default when we no longer have a legitimate purpose for processing or storing personal data, or when storage of personal data is no longer required under applicable law. Unless otherwise instructed by you, we will retain the information we collect within the time required to provide services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may correct, supplement, or delete incomplete or inaccurate information at our discretion.

Cookies are tracking devices stored on a customer's hard drive that can track and store information related to the customer's use of online services. CM Trade may set and store CM Trade cookies on a customer's computer to help CM Trade understand the websites that attract customer browsing and advertising and marketing. CM Trade, its affiliates, and subsidiaries may use cookies to track customer browsing on CM Trade's website for CM Trade's products and services. The collected and shared data is anonymous and cannot be individually identified.
